Friends for Becca Cotto reserves the right to use any photograph/video taken while out campaigning or at an event in support of Becca Cotto for Change, without the expressed written permission of those included within the photograph/video. Friends for Becca Cotto may use the photograph/video in publications, on our website, or on our social media channels at our discretion.
To ensure the privacy of individuals and children, images will not be identified using full names or personal identifying information without prior written approval from the photographed subject, parent, or legal guardian.
A person at a campaign or attending a Becca Cotto for Change event who does not wish to have their image recorded should make their wishes known to the photographer, and/or the Friends for Becca Cotto volunteers, and/or contact Friends for Becca Cotto at info@cotto4change.com of his/her intentions and include a photograph. Friends for Becca Cotto will use the photo for identification purposes and will hold it in confidence.
By attending Becca Cotto for Change campaign, participating in a Becca Cotto for Change event, or by failing to notify Friends for Becca Cotto, in writing, your desire to not have your photograph used by Friends for Becca Cotto, you are agreeing to release, defend, hold harmless and indemnify Becca Cotto and Friends for Becca Cotto from any and all claims involving the use of your picture or likeness.
Any person or organization not affiliated with Friends for Becca Cotto may not use, copy, alter or modify cotto4change.com photographs, graphics, videography or other, similar reproductions or recordings at any time.
